The Seychelles Islands continue to work closely with CNN International with a digital campaign that began in December 2020 and will run through February 2021.
The campaign brings STB’s “Experience Seychelles; our home, your sanctuary” marketing to CNN audiences around the world, with an emphasis on the destination’s major markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The digital campaign, which will be featured on CNNInternational.com, CNNTravel.com, the Experience Seychelles content site, international media, and social media, is guaranteed to reach a minimum of 916, 609 impressions and 150,000 social views.
In addition, TV ads on CNN International EMEA TV Feed channel and strategic placement surrounding CNN Travel will provide further visibility.
Seychelles will also be featured on Richard Quest’s ‘Quest World of Wonder‘ as part of the promotion. Mr. Quest is swiftly establishing himself as a regular visitor to the tropical paradise, having visited twice already this year. In addition to gaining an exclusive interview with the President of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan, the acclaimed CNN International presenter included the location in his show ‘Quest for Business.’
He had also expressed his admiration for the country’s efforts to ensure safe travel and the local authority’s execution of the measures and procedures in place to safeguard both tourists and locals during his previous visit.
The Seychelles episode of “Quest World of Wonder” premiered last weekend and will continue throughout the Christmas weekend, kicking off a three-month campaign at a time when most families are at home for the holidays and looking for inspiration for their next vacation.
The ad showcases the lush nature and vibrant species that inhabit the islands, tempting travelers with its pearly coasts and crystal-clear waters during the peak season, giving the location maximum exposure.
