Our Expert’s Highlights
Welcome to the Domaine de la Réserve an exquisite refuge on the hidden private beach of Anse Petite Cour, northeast of Praslin, with a total of 40 rooms and apartments.
On the island of Praslin, Le Domaine de la Réserve is nestled on the magnificent private beach of Anse Petite Cour. The pristine beach is bordered on one side by distinctive island granite boulders and offers a distant view of Curieuse Island.
The offshore reef is vibrant and ideal for snorkeling. The famed Vallée de Mai National Park, which was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983, is only a short distance away and easily accessible.
The Domaine de La Réserve was designed in the form of a Creole mansion. At the end of 2014, the complex was tastefully refurbished. There are 39 rooms divided across three buildings with palm-thatched roofs. They’re in the middle of a gorgeous, tropical garden.
The Domaine de la Réserve boasts one of Seychelles’ largest swimming pools.
Rooms & Suites & Villas
There are 32 beachfront Deluxe Villas, 4 hillside Colonial Superior Villas, and 4 beachfront Family Suites. All are housed in Creole-style villas with two stories, vast rooms, cool tiled flooring, dark hardwood furnishings, local artwork, and king-sized four-poster mattresses. Bathtubs, double sinks, and a glassed-in wet area are all available in the semi-open-plan bathrooms. The deep ocean-facing balcony, with its lovely views over the water to Curieuse Island, is the nicest feature of the accommodations.

Each of the 32 Beachfront Deluxe Villas has a lovely balcony with sun loungers and a view of the sea. Each of the houses has four rooms and is tastefully incorporated into the natural surroundings. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, tea and coffee making facilities, IDD telephone, separate bath/shower / WC, minibar, fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer, and king-size bed or twin beds are provided in each of these rooms.
Colonial Rooms
The Colonial rooms sit on a hill with stunning views of the ocean and Curieuse Island (max. 2 persons). The rooms include all of the amenities of the Beachfront Deluxe Villas, king-size beds, wifi (for a fee), an in-room safe, and a bidet in the bathroom.
Bois d`Amour Suites
The four Bois d’Amour Suites are situated on the stunning private beach (max 4 persons). The suites are equipped in the same way as the Colonial rooms. The amenities now include a modest lounge with a sofa chair.

La Réserve is located on Praslin’s northeast shore, 16 kilometers east of the airport. Because the beach is located within a marine national park and is protected by a reef, swimming is safe all year and there is some excellent snorkeling nearby. Although not completely private, the beach is only accessible through the hotel premises, giving guests complete control.

Discover Praslin Island
Praslin is Seychelles’ second-largest island, located 40 kilometers east of Mahé. It was named after Gabriel de Choiseul, Duke of Praslin, who conducted an expedition there in 1768. It was discovered by Lazare Picault in 1744. This island’s original charm will delight nature lovers and vacationers seeking peace and quiet since it is known for its magnificent waters and outrageously gorgeous natural features.
A journey to Praslin involves visiting some of the world’s most magnificent beaches. The iconic beach of Anse Lazio, located in the northwest of the island, features white sand scattered with granite rocks on the edge of the blue sea excellent for swimming and snorkeling.
This island, with its picture-perfect beaches, has a lot to offer! Indeed, the beauty of this island will wow you, whether you come for a relaxing beach vacation or to explore a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
