The Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa features two exquisite restaurants and a bar, including the main restaurant “The Hilltop,” which features global culinary influences and daily changing theme evenings, and the award-winning à la carte restaurant “Les Cocotiers,” which delights guests with a fusion of traditional Creole and international specialties. The Hilltop Restaurant is in an excellent location. It is located at the top of a cliff that juts into the water and is surrounded on three sides by water, providing a spectacular view of the sea.
The Ocean View Bar, located just a few meters from the Hilltop Restaurant, is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 23:30 p.m. This is a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat or a drink. The open-plan bar is surrounded by a big patio with a view of the sea. Both inside and outside seating are available.
Open for lunch and dinner, the Ocean View Bar pampers you with light fare and a stunning view of the Indian Ocean. If you have bought an additional full board, you can also eat your 2-course menu here at midday.

Is there a Cannonball Tree at the Hilton Seychelles Northolme?
Yes, there is a Cannonball Tree at the Hilton Northolme, you find the tree just 20 metres after the reception on the right-hand side. There is an info board next to the tree: “This very rare cannonball tree is the largest and one of the only two cannonball trees in Seychelles. The tree is native to the rainforests of Central and South America yet it is cultivated in many other places. A cannonball tree can grow up to 35 metres. The amazingly complex, yellow, reddish, and pink flowers grow directly on the bark of the trunk and are strongly scented. Giving the tree its name, the large fruits shaped like big rusty cannonballs, grow and hang in clusters like balls on a string. They take up to one year to ripen and grow up to 25cm in size. The cannonball fruit is edible, but normally not eaten because of its fragrance and smell.”

The Hilton Northolme has two beaches. One is just below the guest villas and can be reached by walking down the wooden stairs between the guest villas. The beach is only accessible during low tide. The second beach (main beach) can be reached when you pass the reception at the main building, the beach is situated on the right-hand side. This beach is good for relaxing, swimming and snorkelling, also water sports activities are offered.
