Arriving at Mahé for breakfast, it’s right off the plane and into the hairdryer heat of an equatorial morning on this, the largest of the 115 islands that make up the Seychelles archipelago — gorgeous islands strewn across the western Indian Ocean like pearls. However, Mahé is not my final destination; instead, I’ll be visiting the little island of Cousine.
